Vial Nests, Cap Posts, and the internal Cap Gripper set are ordered separately. These items are designed specifically for the customer's vial and cap.

Type T models can be outfitted with two Vial Nests for higher throughput.

Type U and A machines can be outfitted with a Cap Discharge tube. During Uncapping, the cap can be discharged out through the bottom of the machine into a hole provided in the platform or bench. This option allows the use of dual Vial Nests for higher throughput.

Or these machines can discharge the cap via a Cap Post for manual or robot removal. Some customers save the caps for reuse, and some save the caps to recap the same vial in the same exact order in which they were removed.

A special Vial Nest is available for Vial Discharge downward through a hole in the platform or bench. This vial can be just capped, or just uncapped. Using precision transport tubes, this allows additional processing steps below the platform, such as labelers, tray loaders, etc.

The patented shuttle system is offered in custom configurations. It can be made longer and hold other devices. Multiple vial-nests are possible.
