Uncapping Model:
Technician or robot sets the capped vial/bottle on
primary nest. The EP-314-U returns the uncapped vial/bottle to the primary nest, and the cap to
storage or disposal. Up to 1,100 units per hour with ideal conditions.
Torque Model:
Technician starts the cap on the vial/bottle. The
EP-314-T applies torque to a certified accurate and repeatable value. Dual nest available, up to
1400 units per hour with a dual gripper robot (10mm bottle, fingertight).
Capping Model:
Technician or robot sets the open bottle on primary
nest and a cap on secondary nest. The EP-314-C returns the capped bottle with torqued cap to the
primary nest. Up to 1000 units per hour with a dual gripper robot.
Capping, Torque, and
Uncapping Model:
All of the above functions are available. The EP-314-A
can be operated in a batch mode or in an open-analysis one-off mode.
